Revised and tailored floor plans for various tenant units within commercial complexes.
Conducted on-site measurement verification and construction reviews.
Coordinated with consultants to ensure adherence to municipal by-laws and OBC standards.
Produced detailed architectural drawings, tender sets, and specifications for permitting.
Developed landscape and site layout drawings for retrofit and reconstruction projects.
